EXECUTIVE SUMMARY GA Process Server Virtual Academy, LLC seeks to provide the requisite pre-certification training and continuing education to individuals who wish to become a certified private process server within the state of Georgia. This education will also satisfy the requirements of the several counties that issue permanent process server orders which require the education, through certification. We are a quality industry-specific training provider designed to prepare students for the certification exam given by the Administration of the Courts (AOC).
GA Process Server Virtual Academy, LLC will offer pre-certification training. Our online courses are designed to be comprehensive, interactive and easy to use. Quizzes will be completed before they can move on to the next section of the course. Students are required to pass a final exam prior to receiving their certificate of completion.
We are based out of North Atlanta but, serve the entire state of Georgia.

LESSON PLAN
Overview and Purpose:
Review of any actions in the previous year affecting the implementation of O.C.G.A. 9-11-4 or updates to The Georgia Administration of the Courts (AOC) Rules and Regulations.
Objectives (s). Provide current and recent challenges and/ or any changes to the regulations in
the field of process serving. Exposure to local and national professionals in direct
and supporting businesses will be given in presentations that will vary in every
class.
Course Content: Review O.C.G.A. 9-11-4 with any current challenges pending to the statute.
Review the Georgia AOC Rules and Regulations most recently published.
Present examples from historical and current cases involving both successful and unsuccessful services of process.
Provide presentations from professionals successful in the field of Georgia process serving, in both direct and supporting roles.
Various professionals within the legal industry will lead discussions regarding the process-servers in different situations, i.e., attorneys, police
officers, sheriff's deputies, court clerks, and other certified process servers, private investigators and related business owners.
Teaching Method: Online instruction to include interactive audio and visual components in real time, and available for student review on their own computer. Students will only be able to download documents and information during the actual class time.
Evaluation Method: An online quiz will be taken and scored for the student's benefit and records.
Students will be unable to close out of the course until the quiz is completed and submitted. A list of students attending the entire course will be provided to the AOC to satisfy the annual five (5) hour credit requirement, and a certificate of completion will be issued to the student.
