To Register:
1) Just pay with the button above, AND 2) click on the Registration button to provide the student data, including your GA CPS# for your Certificate (if you have one!) The certified process server identification numbers are NOT accessible to the public or the school or the JC/AOC, and they are not published on the GSA website. So, if you don't provide it, it will NOT be on your Certificate of Completion, and your Certificate will only reference you as a Professional Process Server, not a Certified Process Server. You do NOT have to be a Certified process server to NEED the Annual Continuing Education Certificate of Completion. Most of the county courts in the Metro-Atlanta area, which covers 14 counties, are requiring at least the 12-hour Pre-Certification Certificate of Completion AND an annual 5-hour Continuing Education Certificate of Completion for each year thereafter, for their annual orders of appointment . Some of them are now requiring full certification. This course is entirely student driven, and is designed to give you ideas and industry references for the growth of your business! It provides the five hours of accredited continuing education required to maintain your certification in Georgia according to OCGA 9-11-4.1 and is recognized by Georgia courts for annual orders of appointment where applicable. You can do this from anywhere on your device of choice , and don't have to be at a specific place at a specific time, or out of commission for five (5) consecutive hours! After you register and pay, Anne will combine the two for your Student Profile, and issue your password and link to the class. When you complete the course, Georgia Process Servers Virtual Academy / GASVA will email you the Certificate of Completion , fully ready for submission in your court application packets for orders of annual appointment .
